The Tuscola Mountaineers defeated the Pisgah Black Bears for the third straight year with a score of 41-10. This is the first "three-peat" in the series by either team since the early '90s when Pisgah won from 1991-1993. Tuscola's last three-peat was from 1985-1987, which was also the last three years of Tuscola's 10 game winning streak against the Black Bears. The Mountaineers were awarded a trophy by the Great American Rivalry Series, Graham Fisher was given a scholarship, and quarterback Tyler Brosius recieved the game's MVP award.
